SQUAREMEAL FOODS - MIRCHI & MIME

Squaremeal Foods is a restaurant chain that employes exclusively speech & hearing impaired individuals for waiters. Today, they employ over 75 SHI workforce, that work as waiting in their several restuarants. Squaremeal Foods opened their first restaurant, Mirchi & Mime in May 2015, serving modern-Indian cuisine and their second, Madeira & Mime in October 2016, a pub with world cuisine comfort food. The third one, Mirchi & Mime, opened in April 2019 in Indore.

Squaremeal Foods went through several ups and downs as far as sourcing, engaging, training and deploying SHI workforce is concerned. Today, they enjoy a committed workforce, very low attrition rate, and happy customers that visit and revist them just to experience the great food and service.

Delhivery is India’s leading supply chain services company. Its vision is to become the operating system for commerce in India, through a combination of world-class infrastructure, logistics operations of the highest quality and cutting-edge engineering and technology capabilities.

Delhivery is currently employing SHIs for their data management & document maangement processes in Bhiwandi, Thane.

 



PHARMEASY

 

Pharmeasy delivers medicines anywhere, across India. They deliver medicines across 1000+ cities and towns, covering 22000+ pin codes in the country! Their Diagnostic Test services are available in Mumbai including Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan & Dombivali, Delhi with Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad & Ghaziabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Gandhi Nagar, Surat, Vadodara, Lucknow, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Jaipur.

Pharmeasy is hiring SHIs for data entry and document management processes in Bhandup, Mumbai.

Bewakoof Brands, founded in 2012, is a lifestyle fashion brand that makes creative, distinctive fashion for the trendy, contemporary Indian. Bewakoof was created on the principle of creating impact through innovation, honesty and thoughtfulness. With a team of 400 members, and 2mn products sold till date.

Bewakoof Brands has taken up the challenge to employ SHI workforce in their warehouse first, and then extend it to tailoring. Training of the batch has recently begun at their Biwandi factory & warehouse.
