1. Beauty & Wellness Training: Train 100 speech & hearing impaired (SHIs) on various beauty & wellness related courses including hair cutting, pedicure, manicure, makeup, facials, and other beauty treatments, and place them in jobs in salons. (On the lines of Enrich academy, L’Oréal Academy, etc.)
First batch is starting 1st November.

2. Grooming & Etiquette Seminars: We conduct grooming and eitquette regulary in the community spaces of SHIs, so as to educate and communicate to them the basic dos and donts for interviews, and what can be expected in jobs.

3. Recruitment: Search for jobs in corporates for SHIs, and train for the relevant job and place them, and handhold through the onboarding.
