WHAT WE DO

Our vision is to train SHI workforce and deploy them into mainstream roles.

SHI workforce can be brought into mainstream roles. This means, we need not employ them as a consideration of support, but we can employ them as preferred work force. This of course requires some effort. Effort from the Company employing this staff. Also, we need to train them adequately.

1. Invite a corporate to particiapte in deployment of SHI

2. Identify the team where SHI can be deployed.

3. Create course content along with the Supervisor

4. Train SHI and sensitisation for Supervisor

5. Deployment & hand holding
